Thank you for enrolling in a course at Academy, operated by SmartVidya Technologies Private Limited.

We want to make sure our students have an exceptional learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Academy, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and refund policy.

1. Our Refund Policy

We at SmartVidya strive for 100% student satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the course you have purchased, you can request a refund within **7 days** of your purchase.

The refund request will only be valid if:

• The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase.
• You have consumed less than 20% of the course content (video minutes and text lessons).
• You have not downloaded any course materials (if applicable).

2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

• A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded before the refund was requested.
• Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
• Excessive refunds have been requested by a student overall.
• Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@smartvidya.in. Please include your order number, the email address associated with your account, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund so we can improve our offerings.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank).
